Contract Overview
NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that gives all federal agencies, not NASA alone, direct access to information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) products and services. The contract is organized into three categories: Category A covers hardware and software solutions, including cloud-based products, installation, integration, and maintenance; Category B covers enterprise-wide strategic solutions such as managed services, shared services, and cloud infrastructure; and Category C covers mission-based technology services, including custom programming, network operations, engineering and design, data processing, and cybersecurity and security systems services.
Phoenix Cyber’s work falls within this services scope, giving federal customers a streamlined, low-administrative-burden procurement path backed by a program office structure, defined ordering guides, and full electronic order processing. Because SEWP VI operates on a best-value, fair-opportunity basis, agencies can procure Phoenix Cyber’s cybersecurity and IT consulting expertise without being locked into a single-source arrangement.
