Nelson Conard 

Nelson joined Phoenix Cyber in 2020 and currently serves as a director of service delivery. He has over 25 years of experience defining enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies and solutions that reduce time-to-market, decrease costs, support organization goals, and maximize technology investments that improve the overall cyber hygiene and the efficiency and effectiveness of a client’s security program.

Nelson’s extensive cybersecurity knowledge has led him to provide program leadership and subject matter expertise across multiple industries to Fortune 500 clients and large U.S. Federal Government agencies. He has been at the forefront of new and emerging cybersecurity technologies, with in-depth technical knowledge of operations management, software development, complex systems integrations, access controls, incident response, vulnerability management, security event monitoring, security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) and data protection. Nelson is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and maintains multiple other industry and vendor-level certifications.
